Friday Five: Healthy Super Bowl

Holidays always mean food, lots of food, and lots of unhealthy food to say the least. Lots of us women fear the unhealthy temptations that the holidays bring. Let's not fool ourselves though...the holidays are a great excuse to indulge. According to the American culture, Super Bowl is also a great excuse to make that special Sunday a holiday. Looks like this Sunday is going to mean two things: an American holiday and unhealthy food. Giving up the holiday part seems just about impossible, but the unhealthy food part is achievable with this Friday Five. The winning touchdown might be memorable to your eyes for the day, but these healthy treats will be memorable to your stomach for long after the day is over!
